  • The Syrah is filled with juicy plum and black cherry with a hint of lavender and sage. After some time in the glass the earthy or meaty aromas release giving aromas of graphite and maple smoked bacon. The complexity of this wine comes to fruition on the palate with firm tannins and a velvety long finish. Drink now or save for up to 6 years. The extraordinary flavors from the fruit, medium acidity and the oak barrel spice come together with layers of complexity. This full-bodied Petite has a smooth texture with a firm tannin backbone that will keep this wine drinking youthful over the next 10 years.   • Onesta Petite Syrah is filled with blueberry, blackberry and juicy plum aromas. Deep purple hue is so dense almost no light passes, showing serious concentration. Velvety tannins and sexy fruit dance on the palate in a smooth effortless tango.   • This is an atypical, rich and intense Cinsault that explodes strawberry and spiced rhubarb pie in the glass. The 2013 vintage produced fruit with higher tannin levels, giving a bigger structure and more midpalate weight.
